Bloxorz is a free puzzle game that challenges your logical skills and brain by getting the block into the square hole and avoiding falling off the edge.
Your mission in the game is to make the rectangular block fall into the square hole at the end of the map. You move the block by the left, right, up, and down arrow keys. But be careful not to fall off the edges or you will restart the current level. There are 33 levels in total. New puzzle pieces will be put on to increase the difficulty as the levels get harder. Many levels will have bridges and switches set up. When you move the rectangular block over the switches, they will be activated and you do not need to hold them down for the bridges to close. Switches are a recurring item in the game. The two switch types are the "Heavy" X-shaped and the "Soft" octagonal switches. When any part of the rectangular block passes over a soft switch, it will be activated. On the other hand, your block needs to press down on a Hard Switch (x-shaped) as it requires more force. Each switch works differently. One switch creates a permanent bridge while the other switches it from open to closed to open each time it is used. Which bridge is in operation is indicated by flashing green or red squares. You will fall if you stand on the orange square as it is very fragile. Additionally, a type of shape switch ( ) that can move your cube to different positions and split it into two smaller cubes simultaneously. The two smaller cubes can be controlled individually and will merge into 1 normal cube when placed next to each other.
Here are some tips to help you be more skillful in the Bloxorz game. There is a passcode in the upper right corner of each level. It allows you to return to that level by going to "Load Stage" in the main menu and entering the 6-digit level code, learning from failures will help you progress more efficiently. The small and halved blocks are only heavy enough to act on the ( ) switches and cannot activate other switches. Furthermore, you should pay attention to the switches because they are used for various actions.
